They city says that they do not allow walk on elopements.
All beach areas require permits. 
We can help guide you through the permit process and beach area selection.
The Heisler Park Gazebo is a perfect place for a small intimate ceremony.
Crescent Bay Point Park is a beautiful Overlook surrounded on 3 sides by water.

This is a Simple Walk on ceremony on the beach with no set up. Just toes in the Sand with You, Your Guests and the Officiant. Laguna Beach and Crystal Cove says they require permits to marry on their beaches. Ask for details.

I love this spot! 
With a 270 degree view of the open ocean and rocky coves below it is a site to see.

The benches here provide a perfect setting for your guests to watch a wedding.

We can decorate the area and even cover the seating with fabric.

Crystal Cove State Park


This is a beautiful beach area.

It is surrounded by historic cottages and amazing beachscapes and overlooks.

Great for small elopements or contact the Beachcomber for full setups.

Permits are issued by the State Parks to reserve spaces.

It is so simple to book. Once you decide when you want to get married here fill out the availability request form. 

Once we confirm the time then fill out the Marriage license Application (unless you already have yours).
