Officiant Beth Prevents Ring Disaster!

Eula Mei & Jon Paul

Married on Saturday August 30th at Roessler Point Gazebo in Palos Verdes.

Eula and Jon_2

It was a beautiful day as friends and family from California and Hawaii joined the couple for their wedding ceremony. My first surprise was when the Mother of the Groom gave me a Cigar Lei straight from Hawaii. What a great honor (see orange lei on Beth Gates Officiant)! The next surprise occurred when the best man dropped the groom’s ring. As it rolled toward the cliff, I stopped it before it could roll off and be gone forever! Even with a little excitement it was a beautiful and sweet wedding and I had the honor of receiving the spirit of Aloha with the gift of my lei!

Aloha until next time!

End of the year Aloha Wedding Ceremony

With the Palm trees blowing in the wind and the guests wearing Hawaiian shirts and Leis….. Don and Sherlyn and exchanged vows in a park by the Wedge in Newport Beach.
The ceremony included the blowing of the conch shell and exchange of leis a sand blending the ceremony and of course the kiss.

Leis and love on Corona del mar beach.

Rev. Anthony just turned in this wonderful beach wedding story.

So, this morning, started at Corona Del Mar State Beach.
Lovely morning, not typical overcast for this time of year and time of day.
Light breeze – could not ask for more perfect weather.

Ellen and Cindy are fantastic couple! Laid back, fun and very much in love.
Ladies were both in blue jeans and white button down shirts, comfy
sandals the kicked off when walking out onto the sand.

Cindy’s daughters presented them with the lei’s for the lei exchange and
Ellen’s friend Cathy had the rings.

Want to get married on the beach? We know how!

This awesome couple David and Angie came a couple months ago and met us at the beach to witness one of our beach wedding. After seeing that and meeting with Beth our beach coordinator they were sold.

Shown here is our 30 chair Hawaiian/tropical beach set up.

Beth designed the tropical Aisle runners as well as the overhead on the arch, the brides lei and the grooms maile.

We love performing beach ceremonies and do them all the time, it’s one of our specialties.

Roger Gets Lei’d by Beth

Great Officiants does many Hawaiian Ceremonies on the Beach. Roger has a traditional Hawaiian Ceremony coming up soon, so our lei maker and fellow Officiant Beth, made Roger a lei to use.

In addition to stringing fresh leis, Beth is also our Beach Wedding Coordinator for Hawaiian and Traditional Beach Ceremonies, Officiant for Great Offficiants, and Florist for her company Lei of Love.

Thank you Beth!
