This couple had a very sad situation. They were visiting from Germany to get married here in the states. One day, their rental car was broken into and they lost everything , including the bride's dress and the rings.
Alan, the great officiant, performed a beautiful ceremony at Alamitos beach, but afterwards he called the hotel Surf and Sand in Laguna where they were staying to see what they could do to help alleviate such an unfortunate situation. This is the review the lovely couple left for him:

Before, everything was Getting wrong on Our Trip through California ……you Knows the Stolen suitcase from Eileen including her wedding dress and much more Little things we really dont wann have.
And than you and your kindness with this very private ceremony on long beach changed everything Thank you so much…….
As we arrived at the hotel Sun and surf Someone told us were Getting upgrated …….
As German People and Our Education we Said friendly Thank you to the desk ……
And than it. Happens…..Most beautyful and largest Suite in the hotel Called California suite with a bottle of Champagner and fresh straberrys an outstanding view at the Ocean the Lovely smell from the SPA ……..
And Most of all Eileen was smiling again.
